Classic American Fragrance: Donna Karan's Cashmere Mist

Michelle Obama has officially turned the page on American fashion by choosing ensembles from designers with their roots firmly planted on U.S. soil. Fashion insiders agree -- the time is right to celebrate not just a new page in American history, but to enjoy American fashion, and the designers who construct its cornerstones.

Even in this time of recession, we can still afford to smell like the best by choosing a fragrance from the most celebrated of American fashion designers. I tend to think most fragrances are too potent and overly alcohol-heavy but Donna Karan's Cashmere Mist is timeless, classic, and subtle. In fact I recently gave it as a gift to one the best women I know. Enjoy!
